SantaPaws — Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

SantaPaws allows users to upload images of their pets and generate holiday-themed, AI-enhanced photos. The Service is intended for entertainment, creativity, and personal enjoyment.

3. User Content & Ownership

You retain ownership of any photos, images, or other materials you upload ("User Content").

By submitting User Content to SantaPaws, you represent and warrant that:

• You own the content or have necessary rights and permissions
• Your content does not infringe any third-party rights
• Your content complies with all applicable laws
• Your content does not contain harmful, abusive, or illegal material

4. License You Grant to SantaPaws

By uploading User Content, you grant SantaPaws and Winstro a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to:

• Use
• Reproduce
• Modify
• Adapt
• Publish
• Translate
• Distribute
• Display publicly
• Create derivative works

from both:

• Your uploaded User Content, and
• Any images generated by the Service,

for any purpose, including but not limited to:

• Advertising
• Marketing
• Paid and organic social media
• Product showcases
• Promotional materials
• Demonstrations of the Service
• Portfolio examples
• Customer galleries

This license survives termination of your account. You agree that no further permission, approval, notice, or compensation is required for such uses.

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use SantaPaws to:

• Upload illegal, obscene, hateful, or harmful content
• Violate intellectual property rights
• Interfere with or exploit the platform
• Generate content involving humans, non-pets, violence, or malicious intent

We may reject or remove any content that violates these rules.

6. Payments, Credits & Refunds

Purchases of credits, subscriptions, or paid features are final unless otherwise stated. We may modify pricing or feature availability at any time.

7. Intellectual Property

Except for User Content, all trademarks, logos, designs, text, features, and generated image styles belong to SantaPaws and Winstro. You may not copy, resell, or distribute any part of the Service without permission.

8. Service Availability

We may update, improve, or modify the Service at any time. We are not responsible for outages, delays, or interruptions.

9. Disclaimers

SantaPaws is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, image accuracy, or uninterrupted service. SantaPaws does not provide veterinary, medical, or professional advice.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SantaPaws is not liable for any:

• Losses
• Damages
• Costs
• Data loss
• Service interruptions
• Inaccurate results
• Third-party actions

Use SantaPaws at your own discretion and risk.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time for violations of these Terms or misuse of the platform.
